    職責(zé): 負(fù)責(zé)最優(yōu)客戶TCO解決方案,路標(biāo)定義,新商業(yè)模式設(shè)計(jì)等。深刻理解運(yùn)營(yíng)上在成本控制優(yōu)化方面的訴求,并提供產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)解決方案,以幫助運(yùn)營(yíng)商達(dá)成TCO目標(biāo)。(TCO指Total Cost of ownership,客戶總成本) 調(diào)研,收集客戶TCO戰(zhàn)略需求(網(wǎng)絡(luò),服務(wù)領(lǐng)域等),提供最佳成本解決方案; 設(shè)計(jì)端到端的客戶導(dǎo)向最優(yōu)客戶TCO解決方案,以確保客戶的TCO方案具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力;定義/管理端到端成本驅(qū)動(dòng)合作解決方案路標(biāo),并推動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn); 與客戶交流最優(yōu)客戶TCO解決方案和TCO價(jià)值主張,樹立華為最優(yōu)客戶TCO解決方案領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位,建立差異化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。 要求: 人員背景要求: 運(yùn)營(yíng)商背景,如專于運(yùn)營(yíng),有8年以上的運(yùn)營(yíng)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)運(yùn)營(yíng)商的商業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)or成本控制or戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃有深入的理解和經(jīng)驗(yàn),個(gè)人能力偏于專家; 友商背景(E///、NSN優(yōu)先),有商業(yè)咨詢、Marketing的背景,對(duì)運(yùn)營(yíng)商的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、管理咨詢、成本控制等有深入理解和經(jīng)驗(yàn),8年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn); 投行背景(針對(duì)電信業(yè)),5年以上經(jīng)驗(yàn); 咨詢公司背景(電信行業(yè) 管理、服務(wù)、商業(yè)咨詢等),7年以上經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)運(yùn)營(yíng)商的運(yùn)營(yíng)/運(yùn)維管理,商業(yè)設(shè)計(jì),成本控制等有深入研究。具備國(guó)內(nèi)外大型運(yùn)營(yíng)商的咨詢項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)——本人作為項(xiàng)目組核心成員或以上; 人員素質(zhì)基本要求: 綜合素質(zhì)偏于對(duì)外,有全局思維,理解力、組織能力強(qiáng); 鉆研,理解力、學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng); 投行和咨詢公司背景的候選人,應(yīng)具備財(cái)務(wù)專業(yè)背景。 工作地點(diǎn): 深圳,北京,上海,海外 Responsibilities: Responsible for cost-effective solution management , roadmap definition, new business model design, etc. Comprehend operators' requirements in the field of cost control and optimization, and afford product solution and service solution to help them meet their TCO( Total cost of ownership) target of business plan. Communicate with customers worldwide to understand and collect their strategy and requirements in TCO , which covers network, service and operation areas , provide in-depth thinking and contributions to the cost-effective solution development. Design customer-oriented cost-effective E2E Solution, to make the product and service solution more competitive in TCO for customers than the other vendors. Define/Manage corporate-level E2E cost driven Solution’s Roadmap and Motivate Solutions’ Realization. Communicate with customers worldwide to deliver them key message about cost-effective solution and TCO value proposition ,to setup Huawei cost-effective solution leading image and to build differentiated competitiveness . Qualification Requirements: Background requirement: have at least 8 years telecom operation experience of vendor ,advanced telecom equipment supplier, in-depth comprehension and experience on business designing, cost control, strategy planning ,business consultant. have a investment experience focus on telecom above five years. have consultant experience (telecom ,management ,service, business consultant etc) above 7 years, in-depth search in vendor operation management ,business designing, cost control, and have experience on vendor consultant project as core member. Prefer have all of vendor, consultant, telecom equipment supplier experience. Rersonality and Skill requirement strong capability of organization, communication, have a global or E2E view to thinking. as consultant or investment background candidate, which should be have financial speciality. Work location: Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai,Oversea
